Our expertise

Our origins lie in timber construction, but our expertise goes far beyond that. Today, we stand for highly specialised solutions, for example in building construction, civil engineering and special civil engineering, but also in residential and commercial construction and the rental of construction machinery. Our services are divided into the areas of construction, property and excavators.

Construction
- 10,000 bored piles per year in special foundation engineering
- 120.000 m³ of concrete processed by civil engineering in the same period
- We have 100 trucks on the road every day
- Every day, our timber construction department processes 35 m³ of wood and wood-based materials
- Around 7,500 company-made wooden windows leave our workshop every year
- As a general contractor for industry, commerce, hotels and private individuals, we implement numerous projects year after year.
Property
- We sell around 500 flats every year in the region around Lake Constance
- We have in-house site development and construction expertise
- We develop holiday properties on the Arlberg, manage cross-border property portfolios and have been successfully active in real estate development in Vienna, Prague and Warsaw for 30 years with S+B Gruppe
Excavators
- The customers of our subsidiary Huppenkothen benefit from 6000 construction machines in our own rental fleet
- We sell 4000 Takeuchi excavators every year
- Excavator attachments from our subsidiary Martin provide our customers with maximum flexibility
- We are market leaders in Austria, Switzerland, South Tirol, Spain and CEE
- We have developed our own electric excavators in collaboration with our subsidiary SUNCAR
